Job Summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a skilled Threadmill Operator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating Threadmill machines, dressing screwsets, and inspecting finished goods to ensure process control is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Threadmill machines and other manual machinery to produce high-quality products.
  • Dress screwsets and match idlers and rotors to precise specifications.
  • Review and update setups and working methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections of parts to ensure they meet drawing and requirement standards.
  • Maintain equipment efficiency records and perform daily maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in safety and housekeeping activities to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to peers and apprentices as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualified in material removal techniques, such as turning, cylindrical grinding, and milling.
  • Time-served apprenticeship in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing drawings and processes.
  • Strong numeracy and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to operate manual machinery, including jib cranes.

Working Conditions

The work environment is a business office with moderate noise levels. The role requires sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods and occasional travel by air or road.
