About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Fracture Clinic Team as an Extended Scope Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a high-level practitioner with advanced clinical skills within the trauma multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist management and advice for patients with fractures and soft tissue pathologies.
  • Work autonomously in delivering clinics alongside Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons.
  • Conduct initial assessments and diagnoses, identify and interpret appropriate investigations, and list patients for surgical and therapeutic procedures.
  • Follow up patients and provide ongoing care and management.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of managing patients with a wide range of acute musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Post-graduate qualifications relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrable, high-level clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
