We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Take charge of shifts and support your colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Talent Development: Identify and develop the skills of your team members to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
