Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Admin Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin Team Leader to join our growing business in Basildon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small sales team, processing orders, creating quotes, and resolving customer queries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Process orders and manage the sales pipeline
  • Create quotes and proposals for customers
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or assistant manager in a sales environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Background in a construction industry or similar field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
