We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator Team Leader to join our expanding business in Basildon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Plan and optimize sales routes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or assistant manager in a sales environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Background in a construction industry, with knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
