Job Title: Property Reinstatement Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Home-based, Midlands region

Salary: £45,000 plus car allowance (£5k)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Reinstatement Manager to join our team at Densell Recruitment. As a Property Reinstatement Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property reinstatement projects, scheduling repairs and redecoration works, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of property reinstatement projects, including domestic and commercial properties
  • Schedule repairs and redecoration works, and produce scopes of work
  • Manage contractors and repairs projects to completion, including cost management
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and carry out site audits
  • Identify new contractors for addition to the network as required
  • Performance manage and audit contractors in your area

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract managing property refurbishments and renovation projects
  • Some knowledge of insurance claims or fire, flood, water, or structural damage to properties
  • Working knowledge of Asbestos Handling, CDM, DPA, H&S, and Party Wall Act
  • Ideal qualifications include a building or technical related qualification, such as an HNC or Building Surveying/Engineering Degree
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with IT literacy and a full UK driving license
