About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Campaign Executive to join our team at Direct Recruitment. As an Email Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end email campaigns using Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data selection of target audiences, implementation of campaign journeys, set up and deployment of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams, including strategy, production, data, and project management teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email campaign management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email campaign management, including data selection, campaign implementation, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in using Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar campaign management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30K to £38K, plus benefits including a bonus.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days required in London or a client office.
