About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced PA with Arabic language skills to join our team at People First Recruitment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our clients, utilizing your language skills to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients, including email management, calendar organization, and travel coordination.
  • Utilize your Arabic language skills to communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a PA or Administrative Assistant.
  • Fluent Arabic language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
