About the Role

Vertical Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Graduate to join our dynamic team. As an Ecommerce Graduate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Amazon business, optimizing our presence on the platform, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amazon Vendor Account Management:
    • Support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Vendor accounts across the UK and Europe.
    • Assist in the execution of promotional strategies, product listings, and content optimization.
    • Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve product visibility and sales.
    • Monitor stock levels, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure consistent availability of products on Amazon.
    • Handle Amazon-related queries, resolving any issues with orders, listings, or account health.
  • Market Analysis & Optimization:
    • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior on Amazon.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the E-Commerce Manager to drive growth and profitability in different European markets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns tailored to specific regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our Amazon strategy.
    • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance our Amazon presence and performance.
  • European Market Focus:
    • Utilize your proficiency in at least one additional EU language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) to manage and optimize Amazon operations in specific European markets.
    • Adapt product descriptions, promotional content, and customer communication to local languages and cultural nuances.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and account health for internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs to measure and improve Amazon performance across regions.
    Requirements
    • A bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in at least one additional EU language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is required.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
