Norse Group is a leading provider of facilities management services, offering comprehensive support across various sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Caretaker to join our team at a primary school on a permanent, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the school premises. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that the site and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Managing equipment and supplies used in your role, including inventory control and safe storage practices.
  • Assisting with general maintenance tasks and ensuring site security.
  • Performing minor handyman duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable interacting with the public.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines is advantageous.
