We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Northern Ireland. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for leading the HR agenda across multiple disciplines, including Audit, Tax, and Accounting. You will work closely with senior leaders to foster a high-performing and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and team members.
- Lead change management initiatives, including pre- and post-acquisition integration.
- Support and guide employee relations cases, including performance management and grievances.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement high-quality HR programs and policies.
- Use HR data to analyze trends and develop strategic solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
- Proven experience in an HRBP role, ideally within professional services.
- Expertise in managing change, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employment law across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business.
