We provide a diverse range of beef and lamb offerings, from retail-ready cuts for butchers to branded packaged meats, all sourced from local farms and crafted by our expert butchers, ensuring products of the highest integrity and quality assurance.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our supportive and passionate team as a Night Hygiene Technician. This role involves maintaining cleanliness of trays and machinery. This is a full-time, permanent position, operating from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 4 nights on / 4 nights off schedule, with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Hygiene Team, your duties will include:

  • Utilizing specialized equipment to effectively spray and wash trays, ensuring they meet hygiene standards
  • Cleaning machinery in preparation for production, including belts, hand cleaning, frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, and lights
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations throughout your shift
  • Following cleaning instruction cards and ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Reporting any concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
