Job Title: Sales Director

We are excited to work with a growing lender that is looking to appoint a dynamic Sales Director with a breadth of experience within the bridging finance space.

  • Manage a small-medium size team of field-based Business Development Managers and Telephone Business Development Managers, who deal primarily with brokers across the country, along with some direct clients, such as property developers.
  • Assess whether a case is financially workable, within the lending criteria and work closely with senior management and the credit team, to ensure that each case is handled swiftly and within company Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage the team on a day-to-day basis, primarily from the London based office, however also roll up your sleeves and get on the road to existing contacts, nationwide bridging and property finance award ceremonies, expos, roadshows, round-tables and the like.
  • Be the main face of the sales function of an established lender, regularly updating your online presence and participating in various interviews in relation to market trends, company growth, new products and case synopsis reviews.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a top-tier sales management role, working with a reputable lender in the bridging finance industry.
