Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of the team, you will:
1. Take charge of the comprehensive sales operations reporting, ensuring accuracy in processes, pricing, and quotations.
2. Analyze the sales pipeline, providing insights into financial forecasting and data analytics related to pricing and client business.
3. Drive process enhancements across sales operations, focusing on continuous improvement and project management to optimize sales pipeline efficiency.
4. Oversee pricing strategies for solutions, maintaining up-to-date price books and ensuring clear communication of pricing across the global portfolio.
5. Manage the quoting tool utilized by internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring it reflects the latest product and solution offerings.
6. Ensure that the outputs from the quoting tools are measurable and can be reported for sales performance enhancement.
7. Handle Sales Commission calculations, Sales Performance Metrics, and other commercial-related matters.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor’s degree and a relevant finance qualification.
- Proven experience in reviewing processes and leading improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
