Job Description

Operations Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This role will be suited to someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and 1-2 years of experience in a professional organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration and Compliance
    • Conduct eligibility checks and background checks on candidates
    • Send training contracts to candidates
    • Respond to queries and gather compliance and onboarding information
    • Update internal systems with candidate statuses and notes
    • Check candidate time sheets and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
    • Create and update company policies on our internal HR system
  • Communication and Organization
    • Manage communication with our trainees
    • Order and organize collateral for our trainees
    • Arrange meetings and training days, including food orders and email communications
    • Book social events and communicate with our trainee community
  • Other Tasks
    • Provide basic tech support for laptop administration
    • Perform general office management tasks
    • Support event organization

Requirements

  • Professional: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Communication: experience communicating with a range of audiences and stakeholders, with excellent written communication skills and documentation management
  • Additional capabilities: proficient in MS Office and confident in learning data platforms and systems; experience with corporate technologies and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Academic: a strong educational background is preferred, but not necessary
