We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Kynex. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the most suitable candidates
