Kinaxia Logistics is seeking a dedicated Logistics Systems Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in managing supplier pickups and final deliveries, ensuring alignment with our daily logistics strategy and performance metrics as agreed with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data within the logistics system, addressing any inconsistencies and preparing all necessary documentation related to the transportation of goods to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of information.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing precise information to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks efficiently to support our commitment to outstanding service delivery.
- Ensure the logistics system is maintained by accurately entering required data, checking for accuracy, and resolving discrepancies to achieve 100% data integrity.
- Update and disseminate all relevant business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service delivery effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members and engage in cross-training initiatives to ensure comprehensive coverage during absences.
- Adhere to high standards of workplace organization and safety, complying with all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and secure working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient understanding of basic administrative practices.
- Experience in the logistics sector and familiarity with relevant systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in general administrative roles, preferably within the transportation industry.
- Ability to support departmental administrative functions effectively.
Please note that a DBS certificate application will be required upon offer of the position.
