About the Role:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Burnley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals
- Complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and complete quarterly audits and reports
- Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
