Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Preconstruction Lead to join our dynamic team at PSR Solutions. This role is pivotal in managing tender submissions for our civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Team to ensure timely completion of both technical and commercial aspects of bids.
- Engage with a dedicated pre-construction team, coordinating with construction delivery teams prior to contract finalization.
- Utilize extensive site experience and comprehensive pre-construction knowledge, particularly in bid writing and submissions.
- Bring an engineering or construction management background to the role, with a focus on waste water non-infrastructure projects.
- Safety training certification, such as SMSTS, is considered advantageous.
