About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Cardiff. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of property professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
