Main Responsibilities:

Office Based:

  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Person Specification:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, with 2-5 years of experience in AV infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven experience in client and local authority liaison, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Varied project experience in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with common highway and drainage sectional agreements (S38, S278, S104, S185) is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in using WinDes and Civils 3D, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Excellent numeracy and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Capability to design and implement complex S278 systems, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to produce drainage strategies and zone 1 FRAs, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, with the ability to create detailed designs and plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and promoting a positive company image.
