Job Title: Audio Visual Service Engineer

Creative Personnel is working with a leading Audio Visual system integrator to find a permanent service engineer.

This is a field engineering role primarily based in the West Midlands, with occasional UK and European travel.

The successful candidate will be driven by delivering exceptional client service, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Audio Visual systems
  • Travel to client sites for on-site support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Audio Visual technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Audio Visual systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
