About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team at Wenham Carter Group. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in optimizing supplier performance, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive daily performance follow-up for critical vendors, identifying gaps and root causes
  • Develop, measure, and deploy supplier performance metrics to optimize processes
  • Lead supplier performance reviews and develop recovery or improvement plans as needed
  • Lead crisis and risk management, with proactive action plans to mitigate issues
Requirements
  • Degree in supply chain, engineering, or similar, with demonstrable experience
  • Ability to navigate SAP for reporting and data accuracy
  • Solid leadership skills and a passion for driving supplier performance excellence
