Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Surrey/West London (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance/car or van

We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor with experience in construction and ideally groundworks based in Surrey/West London region.

This role is with a well-established regional groundworks company specializing in volume residential developments across the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits across the South East to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage Health and Safety for assigned sites, collaborating closely with site teams
  • Engage with other members of the Health and Safety team to enhance general H&S policies and procedures
  • Provide Health and Safety advice to all stakeholders, including site personnel and management

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably NEBOSH certified
  • Experience in supervising crane lifts would be advantageous
  • Previous work experience on large UK construction, groundworks, or civil engineering projects
  • Prior involvement in large residential developments is a plus
  • Possess a full UK driving license
