Join Our Team as a Health Behaviour Researcher Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Health Behaviour Researcher Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the application of behavioural science and health psychology to inform physician and patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-design research projects with senior oversight, agreeing deliverables and timelines
  • Perform literature reviews to identify relevant evidence-based insights and intervention models
  • Conduct broader desk research as required to meet the needs of the project, including social media listening and reviewing publicly available health services and digital tools
  • Create client-facing research and project outputs, including presentations and reports with support from the broader project team
  • Support the creation of patient and clinician-facing materials, such as discussion guides and behaviour change activities
  • Assist team members with requests related to assigned projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • MSc in Health Psychology (BPS accredited)
  • Understanding of core health behaviour change theories and models
  • Demonstration of proficiency in key research skills, such as literature reviews and principles of research design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
