RedRock Resourcing is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join its growing Network team, supporting EMEA offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the regional network and assisting in developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the regional network environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading network devices, including firewalls, switches and wireless access points.
- Updating network systems and documentation as changes are implemented.
- Monitoring network availability and performance, reviewing alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnosing issues.
- Performing analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalating problems as necessary.
- Providing timely response and technical support for all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
- Ensuring adherence to corporate IT Security policies, practices and procedures.
- Experience working with and supporting Cisco (Meraki), Palo-Alto and Juniper environments.
- Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
- Understanding of the overall design concept of IT systems and cloud computing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight timelines.
- Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
