In this role, you will deliver person-centered care and support, utilizing your skills in effective communication and engagement. You will need the maturity to operate within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, and develop confidence as a skilled practitioner.

Willingness to engage in all aspects of the role is crucial, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, and administrative responsibilities as directed by management. As you will be working independently during the night with minimal supervision, prior experience in this field is advantageous, but the ability to work autonomously is essential. You should be confident in decision-making and proactive in ensuring compliance with CQC standards at all times. Flexibility in executing tasks and responsibilities is key to maintaining the efficient operation of the service.

Our service benefits from a picturesque location on the outskirts of the countryside, offering stunning views of the local golf course and convenient access to the center of Leeds. It is easily reachable by car, bus routes, and nearby train stations. We can offer a part-time position of 20 hours per week.
