Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Performance Strategist to spearhead our initiatives in enhancing organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor the business performance team, ensuring optimal productivity and professional growth.
  • Facilitate regular performance review meetings with budget stakeholders to assess performance metrics, resolve issues, and enhance financial results.
  • Design, develop, and refine business intelligence reports and various management information systems to aid critical business decision-making.
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize data to produce detailed reports presented in clear and accessible formats such as charts, graphs, and tables.
  • Support managers in formulating investment strategies and conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure financial targets are achieved.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A relevant degree along with an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in delivering technical business analysis.
  • Expertise in business intelligence tools and data analysis software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to organize data logically.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination skills, particularly under tight deadlines.
