We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to join our Fresh Start team at the College of West Anglia. As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, helping them to develop valuable skills and qualifications.
About the RoleThe Fresh Start programme is designed to support learners who have had difficulties in their educational career. As a Lecturer, you will work closely with colleagues to provide a supportive and positive learning environment, helping learners to develop their study skills, confidence, and employability skills.
You will be responsible for delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students. You will also contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant teaching qualification, experience of working with learners who have had difficulties in their educational career, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, and be willing to participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
