Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at New Prospects. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payment information, including bank payments, purchase invoices, and petty cash.
  • Monitor income from customers, primarily local authority contracts, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Audit and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
