About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient parcel delivery
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
About You
We're looking for a positive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you'll have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You'll also have a full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) and be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
