Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and finalize financial accounts for diverse projects
  • Measure, document, and assess the value of supervised tasks
  • Gather and organize essential documentation
  • Oversee work schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Utilize company project management systems
  • Define procurement needs
  • Compile cost and value data
  • Negotiate agreements with subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Possess an organized, innovative, and creative approach
  • Experience in financial management and value enhancement
  • Expertise in financial and commercial oversight
  • Background in supply chain procurement
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
  • Membership in or working towards RICS accreditation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines efficiently
