About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement large-scale, complex projects, leveraging your expertise in supply chain operations, logistics, and governance risk and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, simplifying current working procedures, and enhancing operational performance across programs.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish.
About the Team

As part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that plays a critical role in our success. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in development and implementation of large-scale, complex projects.
  • Change management experience and project/program management experience.
  • Proficient English Level - Verbal and Written.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or similar.
  • Experience in governance risk and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP/Prince certification.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar.
  • SQL/Tableau/PowerBI knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
