Embarking on Your Journey:

You will be joining Apex Hotels during a dynamic phase of growth and development. As a Revenue Optimization Specialist, you will oversee revenue strategies across a collection of hotels and assist colleagues on specific commercial initiatives.

While your primary base will be at our Head Office, there will be opportunities for travel throughout the UK to support on-site projects, foster key business relationships, and influence our sector.

As part of the dedicated Revenue Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue Management for Food & Beverage, Events, Wellness & Leisure, and Memberships (FBELM)
  • FBELM competitive analysis and market insights to inform budgeting, pricing, and distribution strategies
  • Coordination of FBELM inventory distribution in collaboration with Sales, Wellness, Membership, and Marketing teams
  • Achievement and production targets for FBELM
  • Forecasting for FBELM
  • Managing cost of acquisition and achieving Revenue Per Segment Inventory (RPSI) Net budgets for FBELM
  • Optimizing business mix to enhance sales and profitability for FBELM
  • Aligning margin enhancement with overall income and gross profit budgets
  • Collaborating with Sales, Wellness, Membership, and Marketing teams to strengthen key partner relationships across various channels
  • Streamlining FBELM sales data processes across pace, pricing, forecasting, and system support for automation and distribution with key partners

About You:

You will possess a genuine enthusiasm for revenue management across diverse business segments, complemented by strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Prior experience in revenue management across various business segments and hospitality outlets
  • Proven success in meeting personal targets and KPIs
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with PMS, RMS, and BI tools
  • Customer-centric approach with a solid commercial perspective
