Senior Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Bouygues Energies & Services. As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Assist the Project Lead in the delivery of the project, providing input into subcontract procurement and selection.
  • Develop and monitor quality plans to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Assist with the procurement of subcontractors for post-completion works.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
  • High levels of quality standards and attention to health and safety matters.
