RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Oxford, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of site workers, managing labour, plant, transport, and equipment on site, and ensuring that all operations are carried out in a safe and legal manner and in accordance with the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct teams in the construction of the works, monitoring the allocation of labour to ensure the tasks they carry out are within their level of skill and experience.
  • Ensure health and safety of all personnel on site and that site activities do not cause adverse environmental impact.
  • Manage relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers & stakeholders.
  • Produce delivery programmes and liaise with planners to ensure compliance with NEC / Contract standards.
  • Act in accordance with the company's values of Dedication, Adaptability, Efficiency, and Integrity.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Water industry on non-infrastructure projects in both clean and waste water environments.
  • NEC 3&4 Contract knowledge, including drafting notifications and supporting programming.
  • Set standards of health and safety and experience of leading a team of site workers.
  • Ability to manage customer, supplier & stakeholder relationships.
  • Good verbal and written skills and knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS
  • NVQ level 6 or 7
  • Full UK driving licence
  • First aid
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene (Blue card)
  • SMSTS
