About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AV Project Manager, you will oversee exhibition stands from conception to completion, working with a diverse client base across various sectors to deliver successful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate exhibition stands from initial brief to on-site delivery
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations surpassed
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
  • Develop tailored exhibition solutions, including estimates, designs, and quotations
  • Address challenges proactively, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within the exhibition and events industry
  • Understanding of SketchUp design and technical show activities
  • Strong knowledge of AV and exhibition products and services
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled negotiator, adept at managing budgets and timelines
