Our prestigious client is seeking a Quality Technician to provide a responsive quality support function for assembly line and production line issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and lead on Quality Instructions, Level 0 activities, and Work Instructions generated for quality issues within the designated perimeter.
  • Manage and resolve quality issues identified by manufacturing and production areas.
  • Establish and communicate problem scenarios to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review internal quality systems and processes and ensure timely progression of suspect components.
  • Manage Third-Party Sorting actions onsite efficiently and transition containment activities to suppliers promptly.
  • Follow and complete internal escalation processes for addressing problems and supplier issues.
  • Ensure clear communication of quality-related topics to relevant personnel and business units.

Requirements:

  • Strong manufacturing quality knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
