About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate store operations, including receiving, merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and control store stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stock losses
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and HR, to ensure seamless store operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction
