Exciting Opportunity for a Principal Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our Structures team in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and educational developments.

About the Role

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing structural engineering projects, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers, and collaborating with other teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing structural engineering projects
  • Chartered status with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential)
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
