About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Pricing Manager to join our team at F. H. Bertling. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and rates to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Analyze data and market intelligence to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines and other stakeholders to ensure access to competitive rates
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure our pricing strategies remain competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or logistics
  • Several years of experience in pricing, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of business terminology
