About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Liaison Officer to join our team at Eco2Solar. As a key contact between Site Managers and our back office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on new build housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to our Installation and Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all field-based activities, including site visits and inspections.
  • You will work closely with Site Managers to ensure that all development projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Site Managers, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to our back office team, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
