Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Sureserve. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and progress of our projects, building and maintaining positive relationships between customers, sub-contractors, client representatives, and our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the coordination and management of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sub-contractors, and client representatives, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on project progress, including written and photographic condition surveys of properties.
Requirements:
  • UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
