Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join our team as an AML Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day CDD and AML duties, as well as overseeing and supervising the AML/Risk and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day CDD and AML duties
- Oversee and supervise the AML/Risk and Compliance team
- Provide strong line management and leadership
- Regularly deliver AML/Risk and Compliance training
- Provide AML and compliance advice to key internal stakeholders
- Chair AML working groups
- Prepare and report on AML developments
- Escalate issues to the MLCO when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing an AML/Risk and Compliance team at an international law firm
- Degree educated or UK/overseas qualified
- Detailed knowledge of SRA and AML/CTF requirements
- Ideal candidate will have a recognised AML/Compliance qualification
