Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Stand Project Manager to join our team at Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for exhibition stand builds, from initial client briefing to final installation and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements, ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including design and CAD teams, production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage third-party vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Client Reporting: Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Post-Project Review: Prepare post-project reports, including client feedback and lessons learned, to inform future projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the exhibition stand building or events industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of exhibition design, construction processes, and materials; excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel and work on-site as required, including weekends and evenings.
