Perform comprehensive market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment landscape.

Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all placements adhere to healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of quality and ethical practices.

Sales & Negotiation:
