About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Account Management team and managing the day-to-day running of given categories, meeting agreed KPIs to deliver exemplary service and meet the client's supplier expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Category Management: Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and senior management.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
