Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Regional Financial Manager to become a vital part of our team in the North Region. The successful candidate will exhibit robust analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Be results-driven, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Exhibit diligence in administrative responsibilities and possess a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous)

As a Regional Financial Manager, your role will encompass optimizing sales, enhancing profitability, and controlling costs within your designated area. Working closely with area and store teams, you will exemplify H&M Group's values and standards, steering efforts towards shared objectives.
