Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Food Laboratory Specialist to join our team at our dairy facility. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through laboratory analysis and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling and Analysis: Conduct regular sampling of raw materials, manufacturing process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Microbiological Analysis: Perform microbiological testing of samples to detect any potential contaminants or quality issues.
- Product Sensory Panels: Conduct sensory panels to evaluate the taste, texture, and appearance of our products.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all quality and food safety checks are carried out satisfactorily and that all analytical equipment is maintained and calibrated to the required standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results, sampling, and testing procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and technical teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, chemistry, or biology, and at least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
