About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality mortgage advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
  • Seek out and recommend the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers.
  • Advising on and selling associated insurance products from leading providers.
  • Meet and exceed targets to drive business growth and success.
  • Work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize new leads and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaise with lenders to stay up-to-date with new products and offerings.
  • Collaborate with our Admin Support Team to ensure cases are completed and compliant with regulatory requirements.
